These terms govern your visit to this marketing website and participation in the Project Vaani early access software preview.
1. Prototype Software Status
Project Vaani is currently an experimental desktop prototype under active development. Capabilities, keyboard shortcuts, third-party adapters, and user interfaces are subject to change without prior notice.
2. No Commercial Warranty
The prototype application and related materials are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, speech transcription precision, or error-free accessibility clipboard pasting across all host apps.
3. User-Provided API Keys
If you connect OpenAI or other cloud provider API credentials, you remain solely responsible for all usage fees, token quotas, and compliance with the corresponding third-party terms of service.
4. Feedback & Feature Contributions
We welcome issue reports, phonetic dictionary enhancements, and bug logs during early access. Feedback submitted via the early access program may be used to improve the product without obligation.
